Description of Proposed Guidance Document Changes
This new document contains guidance to providers regarding the pending final requirements for risk management within the final stage action to address compliance with the Department of Justice's Settlement Agreement with Virginia within the Rules and Regulations for Licensing Providers by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services [12VAC35-105] (“Licensing Regulations”).
