Description of Proposed Guidance Document Changes
The Common Interest Community Board (the Board) has reviewed and voted to amend the following guidance document: 1. Guidance Document 6911: Procedure for Determination of Compliance with § 55.1-2220 and § 55.1-2234. The guidance document provides for a procedure of consideration of a request by an aggrieved time-share owner regarding a developer’s compliance with §§ 55.1-2220 or 55.1-2234 of the Code of Virginia. Guidance Document 6911 is updated to reflect changes made to § 55.1-2220 and current agency practice.
