Description of Proposed Guidance Document Changes
ACG-14 meets the definition of “guidance” under the Administrative Process Act but is obsolete and no longer relevant. Consequently, this document should be removed from Town Hall, where it is currently listed as “Guidance Documents.” ASOP-02 and ASOP-08 are also listed as “Guidance Documents” on Town Hall, but agency program staff determined they are no longer necessary and are predominantly internal procedure. Consequently, these two documents should also be removed from Town Hall.
