Description of Proposed Guidance Document Changes
This guidance document is a revision to implement a new law: Va. Code ยง2.2-3704 (F). The new law requires the Agency to provide the requester notification that reasonable fees may be assessed for fulfilling the request. The Agency will inquire if the requester would like to be provided with a cost estimate.
