Under NO circumstances should any "Mail-In" or "Drop Box" ballot that is missing a postmark be counted or even accepted after Election Day, 03 November 2020, NOR should any ballot with postmarked after 7PM (the closing of the polls) on Election Day be accepted or counted. To do otherwise would enable corruption of the vote and disenfranchise legitimate votes.
Changes that the Legislature and Governor implemented have, understandably, already raised questions and suspicions. The Board of Elections must adhere to the law. It does not have the authority to eliminate or circumvent the legal requirement for balloting.
