Unless an animal is causing direct harm to person or property, there shouldn't be complaints or issues with animals crossing properties. It is not the intention of the hunter to have its dogs go onto other properties.  However, animals do not see property lines.  Pets do the same.  The fact that it is a "hunting" dog should not make a difference.
