This proposal is bias at best.  It takes away the chance for those less fortunate to have the opportunity to hunt hounds.  Also, it targets 1 or 2 specific types of hunting as well as one breed of dog which is discriminative.  Its obvious this particular sport is being targeted by those whom choose to participate in another which again is discriminative.  Hound hunters have inadequate representation within the state starting with a misrepresentation from the Governor himself.  The number of complaints are inflated due to targeted questions in attempts to fulfill one agenda. I am against this and any changes to the current regulations on hound hunting as well as any other hunting that involves dogs in general.
