Though this is well intentioned, this equipment is very expensive and some hunters can’t afford it. This also opens the door for the state to dictate which features have to be enabled on a device. Eventually it could lead to the state saying when to correct someone’s dog. It’s an unreasonable financial burden on the hunters who already pay a lot for the upkeep of the dogs.
