I oppose this proposal. This proposal seeks to impose a heavy financial burden on hound hunters especially the younger generation. It is better for them to be running dogs and messing with dogs instead out on the street selling drugs but instead yall are trying to rip hound hunting away from the people that love it. GPS is often unreliable in certain areas. This proposal is a ploy to use against the deer and bear hunters to add one more hurdle to hunting with dogs. This is one more example of anti-hunting bias of DWR and its board.
