My son has been raising and hunting with dogs since he was old enough to hunt!  He is now 22.  He takes great care of his dogs and they love what they do.  It’s not like the dog says hey let me go where I am not supposed to.  They are doing what they were born to do.  They are hunting in their own land and only when they do go on someone else’s land they aren’t hunting in the land they are simply retrieving their dogs.  If you move to this area YOU need to adjust to being in this environment not the other way around.  Would you rather see this kids out drinking and partying or being able to do what they have been raised doing.  Yes there are people who don’t obey the laws but don’t punish those who do!
