Making GPS collars mandatory is gonna drive tracking equipment up because the makers are gonna know you need them as if it ain't already hard enough purchasing these collars, just because you have GPS collars doesn't mean anything you still lose communication with the dog and you can't do anything to stop the dog at that point until you pick communication back up. The easiest thing for landowners to do that don't want dogs on there property is to do there research before coming to a dog hunting place!! There is plenty of places that don't allow dog hunting go there instead of coming here trying to change are way of life that'd been around for many years!!
