This is a common sense amendment to the regulations that will benefit instructors and cosmetology schools. If an instructor has met the criteria to teach in any discipline, it only makes sense that they should be allowed to instruct in any other discipline in which they hold a license. This actually achieves Governor Youngkin's goal of reducing unnecessary regulation.  This should be fast-tracked.
