VOTE NO!! - STONGLY OPPOSE - NO DISCRIMINATION IN VA!

Why are deer and bear hunters being targeted??  GPS tracking equipment is expensive!!  This regulation is clearly discriminating against lower income hunters and dog owners, and may also be discriminating against older hunters who are less tech savvy.  Please oppose this regulation which outlines specific tracking technology be used when there are multiple tracking technologies available at different price points for hunters to use.  Also worth noting, hounds have natural homing abilities, and there are hunters with hounds who live where they hunt and tracking equipment is not needed.  This is bad regulation putting undue burden on hunters across a wide range of income, technical capability, and living situations and should not be considered in the state of Virginia.  Protect our heritage!  Protect our dogs!  Virginia is a dog hunting state!
