Maybe we need a Commonwealth Towing Association to represent the lesser known districts. Someone should speak on this through the forum under that new topic name (Commonwealth Towing Association). The main requirement would be 500 dues paying towers throughout Virginia. Would ya think? Commonwealth Towing Association management members would not be active in any way, financially or not, with any active towing company, regardless of weight catagory. However, association board members shall have at least 10 years direct towing, road services, wreck recovery experience in any catagory, have a good credit history, towing record keeping systems, computer skills, and data-base mamagement a plus. No criminal record of any kind. As far vas the BTRO, yes there are a lot of late, last comment moments from many towers. We need many entries and suggestions, including a 3 month delay in the closing of comments period which ends at Midnight, tonight March 21, 2008. Everyone has good ideas and seem to have the interest of the towers in first place priority. In the meantime however, the comments section should be extended by 90 plus days to give more Virginia towers ample time to enter their feelings and opinion of the forthcoming regulations. The more you read on the regs in proposal, the more unanswered questions come up on application of said rules.  Thank you, Thomas
