I heard $400,000 of Virginia State funds were to be allocated to the new towing board.  I don't think this is right - it needs to go to the DMV to monitor all towing. Exactly what kind of safety regulations will be put in place?  I agree that the towers should have to pass a safety inspection, but what & how ridiculous will they get if the DMV does not set them?  How about on the same lines as a "CDL" which DMV issues?? I also hear there will be 7 inspector traveling around checking us out - how will be checking them out and making sure they are on the up and up??
