CITY OF POQUOSON

PUBLIC HEARING

The Wetlands Board of the City of Poquoson will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at City Council Conference Room located at 500 City Hall Ave to consider the following application:

1. Application for Wetlands Board approval by Glen Shepard to dredge approximately 750 sqft previously disturbed vegetated wetlands on the property located at 170 Beach Rd, Tax Map Parcel No. 06-05-00-0003, zoned R-S (Residential).

Group inspections will commence at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 16, 2024. The group will be meeting the parking lot of City Hall.

Specific details of these requests are available for public review in the Community Development Department, 500 City Hall Avenue, Poquoson, Virginia, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Public comments are invited.
