This is more wasteful spending on the taxpayers and does not help our environment. Many European countries do not have lower energy bills, and they windmills are harmful to birds, and whales. Windmills are not quiet!  Why are you all making the same errors? We are not California and we do not want to be them.  

Shared solar incentives have great potential. Using the energy life cycle assessment should be of great benefit in determining the viability of this program. This program positively expands access to clean energy and solar options. I am in favor of this program as it has the potential to progress clean energy in Virginia in turn supporting the future of the environment and participating communities.

I recently moved from Arizona and solar is used all over the state and has proven to be very beneficial. All newly built public schools and state buildings have covered parking that is used to protect vehicles, but also serves as the location of solar panels. As long as large swaths of land are not being used for solar farms I think it is a great idea. In Arizona where there are large solar farms it is ugly and destroys the surrounding environment. Just keep the solar to the tops of buildings and I think it will serve the community well.
