I am not sure if the Standards state requirements for prospective parents that claim 'religious exempt'. It would help to get some guidance on when this is acceptable and if documentation (a doctrine/religious leader affidavit) has to be submitted. The Form CRE-1 is not sufficient.

Unvaccinated children might jeopardize the health of the other students and staff, and we would want to be able to decide if the case is indeed a 'sincerely held belief' or a sudden exemption out of convenience.
