Gps collars and other tracking devices are expensive maybe not for these land owners that don't have to buy all these things .How do you get young hunters involved if they have to buy all items are these land owners going to pay for the gps system so our young kids can hunt with dogs no they rather our kids be doing things they shouldn't be doing instead of dog hunting because it cost so much for these gps systems. Oppose this bill.
