How can we continue to let a special group of sportsman ha e gree range to do what ever they want with their digs with no accountability?

How many excuses can they offer?

Their dogs need to be able to be traced back to them, and honestly the dogs should all also be microchiped. The public and rescues should not be responsible  for dumped dogs by irresponsible hunters. 

This is common sense.
