please keep telephonic visits due to COVID

I support the continuation of telephonic visits due to COVID for Service Facilitators. COVID numbers are steadily rising again in our state. Every week I talk to clients, family members, or attendants who have COVID and are very sick. I have clients who ended up in a nursing home due to COVID, and others who died of COVID. It’s a serious illness, and the health pandemic is not over.

I feel very uncomfortable putting my staff (and their families) at risk doing supervisory home visits during this health pandemic, going from home to home where people are sick, and potentially spreading COVID to lots of people.

Please continue the ability to conduct telephonic home visits for Consumer Directed Service Facilitators during the COVID health pandemic.
