KEEP VISITS VIRTUAL

Please allow visits from service facilitators and other agencies to continue to be virtual.  My son has significant medical issues and we have been very careful during Covid, RSV and flu season.  We should not be required to have people into our small home and interact with our son when we even limit family visits due to health risks.

Also, the virtual visits accomplish the same end result - with the providers getting the info that they need and seeing the client virtually.  From a cost perspective, virtual visits save money and time for the providers and the commonwealth since there is no travel time or gas cost.

Please consider the needs of the clients in making the decision and continue to allow virtual visits.
