Online meetings have been invaluable for our family member. He wants them to continue because he feels safer than in-home face-to-face visits, which run the risk of disease transmission. Because virtual visits with his Service Facilitator are identical to online appointments with his medical providers, this makes it possible for him to receive services without face-to-face in-person interactions. The information exchange is as secure as face-to-face in-person, and he has without doubt received individual care and undivided attention during these virtual visits.
