Son of a 96 year old mother in frail health. We assiduously avoid unnecessary contact between outsiders and my mother. In a time of Covid, a virtual visit is sufficient, and the right thing to do. Strongly recommend that the department rescind the requirement for in-person visits because there is no way to ascertain/guarantee that an outside person does not present a health risk to my mother.
