The towing board  created by the legislature has not been justified.  Where are all the so called complaints in enough volume to justify the creation of a state wide towing board?  Some areas of virginia already have existing towing boards. These areas handle problems involving towing are represented by towers. local police,and local citizens working togather to solve problems. This forced state wide towing board is duplicateing and undermining local boards authority to govern. This board should be done away with as it is not justified due to the lack of towing complaints state wide and the ability of local goverment to regulate and inforce towing regulations and complaints.
