Action Summary |
The regulations govern eligibility of tuition and fee waivers under the Senior Citizen Higher Education Program. Prior to July 1, 2015, in order to receive a waiver while enrolled into a program for academic credit, a senior citizen must have had a state taxable income of no more than $15,000. The regulations are being amended reflect a legislative mandate increasing the maximum state taxable income to $23,850. |
