Action Summary |
A change is necessary to conform the Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) regulation to legislation passed by the General Assembly in 2014. House Bill 737 (Chapter 0416 of the Acts of Assembly) increases the percentage of low-income persons served by a neighborhood organization from 40 percent to 50 percent. |
