Action Summary |
The purpose of the present regulatory action is to align the provisions of the Regulations Governing the Licensure of School Personnel with amendments to the Code of Virginia as adopted by the 2005 General Assembly and effective July 1, 2005. Sections 80, 80, 660, and 680 require amendments in order to align the regulations with the following three 2005 legislative actions: HB 2790; SB 949, and HB 2832 |
