| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to the Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (VPDES) General Permit for Discharges of Stormwater from Small Municipal Storm Sewer Systems- 9VAC25-890. The public comment period begins on February 13, 2023 and ends on April 14, 2023. A question and answer period will be held one half hour prior to the beginning of the public hearing. In the event that the public hearing is cancelled due to inclement weather, the hearing will be rescheduled for March 22, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the same location. | ||
