| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on the proposed adoption of amendments to the Regulation for Emissions Trading for a CO2 Budget Trading Program. The proposed amendments appear in the Virginia Register of Regulations on January 8, 2018. An inclement weather, a "snow date" will be conducted on March 22, 2018 if the hearing must be cancelled due to bad weather. | ||
