| Purpose of the meeting VDOT has proposed changes to the "Minimum Standards of Entrances to State Highways" (24 VAC 30-71-10 et seq). Individuals wishing to comment on the proposed changes are invited to attend the hearing and make comments if they wish. If you require special assistance to attend, or need additional information, contact the individual listed above. If you cannot attend the meeting, comments will be received through January 17, 2003. Under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
