| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to regulations governing the State Water Control Board's biosolids program (9VAC25-20, 9VAC25-31 and 9VAC25-32). A question and answer period will be held before the hearing from 6:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. The proposed amendments appear in the Virginia Register of Regulation on February 28, 2011. The public comment period begins on February 28, 2011 and ends on April 29, 2011. | ||
