Purpose of legislation
Revises definition of maintenance for onsite sewage systems. Allows conventional and alternative onsite sewage system installers to perform maintenance work limited to in-kind replacement of light bulbs, fuses, filters, pumps, sewer lines, conveyance lines, distribution boxes, and header lines (unless otherwise prohibited by local ordinance).
