Registration of dentists for administration of sedation or anesthesia

Purpose of legislation
Authorizes the Board to require dentists in the Commonwealth to obtain a permit to administer conscious/moderate sedation and deep sedation/general anesthesia in a dental practice to advance patient safety by enabling proactive oversight by the Board through periodic inspections.
