Prospective Reimbursement for Rehab Agencies

Purpose of legislation
The purpose of this action is to replace rehab agencies' retrospective cost baisis to a prospective methodology based on a ceiling of 112% of weighted median cost of all agencies. Rehab agencies operated by CSBs will not be included.
