Promulgation of Charitable Gaming Regulations, electronic gaming provisions

The legislation required that the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services promulgate regulations that (1) establish a predetermined percentage of gaming receipts that a charitable organization must use for its charitable purpose, (2) establish fees for authorizing charitable organizations to conduct electronic gaming, (3) prescribe the conditions under which a social organization can lease its property to a qualified charitable organization for the purpose of conducting charitable gaming, and (4) establish requirements for financial reporting of all disbursements, receipts, and payment of required fees.
