Purpose of legislation
This bill requires each local government in Tidewater Virginia to publish on its website the elements and criteria adopted by the local government to implement the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act, including the elements required by the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Designation and Management Regulations for local programs (9VAC25-830-60).
