Amend regulations related to supervision requirements for home health

Purpose of legislation
Directs the Board of Health to include in regulations governing home care organizations a provision for supervision of home care attendants providing personal care services by a licensed nurse through use of interactive audio or video technology. Requires the State Board of Health promulgate regulations permitting home care organizations (HCOs) to provide supervision of home care attendants by licensed nurses through interactive audio or video technology communications.
