Purpose of legislation
Recodifies Title 55 of the Code of Virginia to a new Title 55.1, effective October 1, 2019. As part of the recodification, several statutes administered or enforced by the Common Interest Community Board are repealed and replaced, requiring conforming changes to several sets of Board regulations.
