Previously, BCaBAs (LABA) were able to provide supervision services under the supervision of a BCBA (LBA). There are discrepancies in this draft that a direct professional may provide a service under the supervision of a LABA however under the billing code service breakdown, it does not permit LABA to use the 97155 code to bill for supervision activities. 

Additionally, LABAs are trained to conduct assessments under the guidance and supervision of an LBA. According to this draft, 97151 (assessment) is not permitted to be billed by a LABA.
