How dare the state indoctrinate children.  Parents teach morals and schools are there to teach facts.  This is a violation of parents rights, religious rights and when it comes down, a violation of free speech.  The children will not be able to state their opinion and will be caught up in “group think”. I think when I was a child it was called peer pressure, only now that also includes the authority figures 5 days a week.  We’ve survived hundred of years without having schools be epicenters of brainwashing our children and  have managed to grow into productive adults without the psychological abuse you’re proposing.  This is a made up liberal agenda aimed to create problems. I’m a Gen X’er and not once was taught to hate or see race as a defining a person.  Teaching these concepts make children see everything but the person first.
