The ideals SEL highlights are universally beneficial to our society, regardless of your faith or personal beliefs. These are good Christian values. While it's easy to get wrapped up in politics and worry about SEL because of how it is portrayed, please read what SEL is and recognize that it is independent from whatever liberal or conservative Boogeyman you have been told to fear.

Help our children build community during an uncertain future and bridge the gaps that have grown between neighbors, friends, and family over the past decade. 

Even if you don't agree with it, please at least be sure you understand what you are against. You owe it to your state to do due diligence and research before you post a cruel or disingenuous comment. Thanks!
