Mussolini (with Giovani Gentile) defined fascism as the 'state as the arbiter of all human values' and that is exactly what the VDOE has attempted to do in the last several months, with this being yet another prime example of it. VDOE is following the same ideology that prompted the Fascist Party of Chicago to create the first preschools in order to make a 'more subservient populace.'

Clearly, the VDOE is merely interested in raising a generation of bootlickers.
