The obvious rebuttal to this agendized proposal is that it is impossible to legislate morality and ethical well being.while empathy pathways are bombarded daily by blue light and occupied mind space of computer generated content of the social and educational kind. Empathy is still a learned and empowered virtue not to be coerced by perverted attempts.
