Talk about over reach...I am outraged that the public school system would think they have the right to teach Social and Emotional Learning to anyone else's children.  That responsibility lies in the home and if you think the home life of some children aren't receiving what you view as adequate training, then use the resources available to get those children the guidance they need.  If you think you are going to produce a message for my child that in any way goes against what I have identified as appropriate for mine, I will fight you guys in court.  In fact, maybe we need to start there rather than wait for the damage to be done!
