I continue to question the sanity of those in the VA Department of Education.  Under what authority and guise do government-run schools paid for by American taxpayers propose to teach "social emotional learning"?  This is simply Marxist ideology dressed up (as it usually is) under some sweet-sounding language.  As one example, why is evaluating "my post-secondary goals...as a global citizen"  included?  We are American citizens - not global citizens.  Although I question, whether those in VA DOE have an allegiance to the United States.  Perhaps their funding should come from the UN.
