Please stop making it harder for teachers to do their primary job: teach. You keep piling on new standards and compliances when they are struggling so much, especially this year, to simply do the responsibilities they already have.  You can do this from your high horse because you don’t need to ever be in an actual classroom observing the intended and unintended consequences of your lofty pronouncements of “should” and “shouldn’t” be. Leave them alone. Support them, not burden them.
