Your team seems to be concerned about social 'issues' of the day:  issues that were not in sight a few short years ago.

• SoA2: 11-12a, I can recognize, describe and distinguish inequity and injustice at different levels of society.

• SoA2: 11-12b, I can identify and work to address my own conscious biases and implicit (unconscious) biases.

I could find NO reference documentation to support your socially biased views of what to teach our children in the coming years. 

This document needs a complete rewrite....and this time include a few conservative members to your team.
