Given the current condition and decline of academic grades amongst all levels across the state, why is this a priority?   Children that were academically solid a year or two ago are struggling in this virtual and partial school environment.  Math, science, and even English scores are all down.  And the children are being pushed on.  My daughter has told me of a classmate that has over 200 missing or late assignments.  This child has no support at home or at school.   They are moving the kids up to the next level unless they are at the very bottom of the failing bell curve.  It’s insane.  And now you want to propose this nonsense instead of focusing on a true education.  The system is flawed and failing these kids.
