Please Pass The Poultry Litter Regulation

Please pass the proposed poultry waste abatement regulation. I love the Shenandoah River and I have been fishing/canoeing it for years. This river is a valuable recourse to the People of Virginia and needs to be protected. With the help of the Shenandoah Riverkeeper and passing of this abatement will help prevent further issues like fish kills, and algae blooms. All in all the passing of this abatement will make for a much healthier and beautiful river for everyone to enjoy.
